Creating a Quote Journal

Have you ever heard a quote that reaches you to a point it gives you chills? I love positive life-affirming quotes that have meaning and make me think. On days when my mantra is not doing it, I turn to quotes for my positive affirmations. They help get rid of the negative thoughts swirling around in my head and provide a needed self-confidence or positivity boost.

With there being multiple quotes, it makes it very difficult to choose only one. That is why with one of the spare journals I have, I write all my favourite ones. With one quote per page and either stickers or drawings to fill the page, this quote journal is ready for when it is needed as a reminder I am not alone. Your quotes can come from books, tv, movies, music, wherever, as long as it has meaning to you and provides you with comfort. Write them in your quote journal to help you when you need them.
