The weekend is upon us. I don’t know about you, but that means lazy mornings for us and time to make super special breakfast treats. I’ve been trying to reduce the amount of carbs that I consume. I’m so hooked on breads and cheese, and my body is definitely wanting more balance.
I was super excited to find this recipe from NomNomPaleo.com for a Paleo-friendly Egg McMuffin.
It looks so, so yummy! I plan to try it this weekend with our vegan sausage and some avocado. Bring on the hot sauce.
