Take Time for You! Relieve Stress

It’s important to take care of your mind and body during the bustling and rushing of every day life.  From daily tasks like shopping, cooking, planning and trying to work and take care of daily tasks (ie., family, workouts, cleaning, etc), many people feel they’re to-do list never ends.  We usually need more than just the weekend to recuperate.  We’re so tired, it’s hard to begin new habits.  

To keep yourself from falling into the “Bear Trap of Stress” make sure to take some time out for number one: YOU!


Meditation or exercising are great ways to relieve undue stress.

All the tension building in your neck and shoulders? Take a boxing class, or sprawl out on the floor in a Child’s Pose!

Feel stiffness in your back? Stretch out and do some walking, or take a deep breath and lower into a Downward Facing Dog.

You’d be surprised how much better you’ll feel and how clearer your mind works when you take time to empty the pollution of negativity and chaos. And the best part is? You can do it anytime you feel stress.
