- 1 cup romaine
- 2 cups spinach or kale (or a mix of both)
- 8 oz homemade almond milk (or other favorite nut milk)
- 1 frozen small banana or small apple
- 1/2 an avocado
- Top with bee pollen and a bit of chlorella or spirulina
Directions: Blend the greens with the milk. Add in the avo and banana, mix again and pour a glass.
